Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is expected prior to registration to save a space in the course, unless you have made other arrangements with the owner. Most people pay online on our website, or mail checks to Shoe Town Art Center, 200 Merrimack Street, 2nd Floor, Haverhill, MA 01832.
Since almost all of our classes run full, if you register for class that means that someone else has been turned away to save your place in class. For this reason we cannot offer refunds if you decide to drop-out of the course anytime during the session. We will make every effort to accommodate you if you need to switch classes that are not full due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts or other such emergencies or events. It is our goal to make you happy and teach you the joy of art.
Absences
For the courses with rolling admissions (the children and teen courses) we do not prorate classes. If you are going away on vacation or just going to miss a few, but we do have a very open make-up policy for our courses as long as we get a 24 hour notice (this does not apply to the Adult courses as they are flex classes and not rolling admissions). We want you to work, have fun, and get the most out of your time at Shoe Town Art Center
