Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is expected prior to registration to save a space in the course, unless you have made other arrangements with the owner.
Since almost all of our classes run full, if you register for class that means that someone else has been turned away to save your place in class. For this reason we cannot offer refunds if you decide to drop-out of the course anytime.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and therefore require a minimum of a 24 hour notice in order for classes to be made up, otherwise they are considered a no show and forfeited.
Holidays and Vacations
Our Kid and Teen courses do not run during Federal Holidays. We do run classes during school vacations.

Snow Days
WEEKDAYS; When Haverhill Public Schools have snow days all art classes are cancelled.
WEEKENDS; If there is a snow storm and class is cancelled it will be posted on the website and or facebook page.
ALL DAYS We will cancel classes during declared weather emergencies.

Abandoned Artwork
When artwork is left behind after completion for 30 days or more it is considered abandoned.
